The design phase of the Hine School development is in its infancy right now. The plans (available for view by clicking on the Site Plan) are those submitted to the Mayor’s office for the RFP (Request For Proposal) and the BAFO (Best and Final Offer) for which we were awarded the site. Design for elevations will begin during Architectural Design Phase. See Project Concept for mixed uses.
